Company Description

Sustainable Renton is a grassroots, volunteer-driven non-profit organization dedicated to creating a more equitable and sustainable future. Our mission is to promote healthy living, raise environmental awareness, and ensure access to basic needs for everyone in our community.

We are a passionate group of volunteers who have come together with the hope of leaving our home better than we found it! We're not afraid to get our hands dirty. Over the past 10 years, we have expanded our reach to several areas of interest. We have stewarded sustainable growing practices at our Community Garden and Food Forest; inspired community members with free workshops, Meaningful Movies, and upcycled art projects; and been integral to food justice work in and around Renton, ensuring good food isn't wasted and can provide hunger relief to those in our surrounding communities.
