M-F 8:30am-5pm; MSC is still providing essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lobbies are closed, and services are offered remotely. The Federal Way Food Bank is still open. Please call 253-838-6810 or visit our website for more information.

Driving Directions:

We have offices located in Federal Way, Kent, and Burien, and provide outreach through various sites throughout the rest of South King County.

About Us

Multi-Service Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that offers people pathways out of poverty through support and resources in education, employment, housing, rental assistance, energy assistance, food, and clothing. We also provide statewide advocacy for elderly and disabled residents of long-term care facilities.

Highlights

MSC serves around 40,000 individuals annually.
Our primary service area is South King County. We also operate the state-wide Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program.
We provide resources for individuals and families such as housing, rent assistance, energy assistance, and employment.
