With so many other plans being made\, donating blood can get left off the list of things to get done. But the need for blood is constant. It takes 1\,000 people each day to keep our PNW blood supply at safe and reliable levels. Best of all\, it only takes an hour to make a difference in this season of GIVING!\n \n\nAppointments are required.\n\nCLICK HERE TO RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME\n\n\n\nPhoto ID required.\n\nFor safety reasons\, we kindly request no visitors under 16 on the bus.\n\nEat a hearty meal and drink plenty of fluids prior to your donation.
