SUMMARY:CHILD at Heart Luncheon
DESCRIPTION:You are invited to CHILD's annual celebratory luncheon.\n\nCHILD meets the needs of children at risk. The CHILD Way fosters a sense of self-worth among children with special needs those who struggle daily with developmental\, neurological\, and social-emotional challenges that interfere with learning. Today\, CHILD partners with more than twenty-five school districts throughout Puget Sound to deliver two to three year interventions to children who were once failing in their local school placements. At CHILD\, students are helped to develop positive relationships\, achieve self-regulation\, and gain personal resilience\, so they are open to learning and able to return to schools in their own home communities.
