People do not follow leaders simply because of their title or authority they follow leaders who understand them\, value them\, and genuinely care about their experiences. True leadership begins with building meaningful relationships.\n\nIn this session of Empowering Leaders\, participants will explore how connection strengthens influence and creates trust within a team. Leaders will learn the importance of listening\, showing empathy\, and meeting people where they are. When leaders take the time to understand the motivations\, challenges\, and strengths of those they lead\, they create an environment where people feel seen\, valued\, and motivated to contribute.\n\nThis workshop will also help leaders recognize that connection is the foundation of strong communication and collaboration.
