DESCRIPTION:The Law of Magnetism reminds us of a simple but powerful leadership principle: who you are determines who you attract. Leaders tend to draw people who reflect their values\, attitudes\, and approach to work and life. If a leader is passionate\, growth-minded\, and committed to excellence\, they will naturally attract people who share those same qualities.\n\nIn this session of Empowering Leaders\, participants will explore how their character\, mindset\, and leadership habits shape the teams they build. Rather than focusing only on recruiting or managing people\, leaders will learn to first examine themselves. When leaders grow in integrity\, vision\, and personal discipline\, they become magnets for people who want to contribute\, collaborate\, and grow.\n\nThis workshop will help leaders understand how their influence shapes the culture of their organization.
