SUMMARY:Highly Sensitive Person Support Group
DESCRIPTION:This is a support group for people who are Highly Sensitive\, based upon the research and book by Elaine Aron\, PhD "The Highly Sensitive Person". HSPs have a more sensitive nervous system than the typical person and can be overwhelmed by visual\, sensory\, olfactory\, others emotions\, and anything that is sensory. This group will be facilitated by psychologist Dr. Launi Treece who wrote "Sensitivity: From a Burden to a Blessing" and Donna Aikens-Anderson\, CPC. We will have education\, interactive\, and workshop exercises for participants. The cost is $180 for six sessions. We will meet every other week starting on Sept. 25th. The first meeting on Sept. 18th is a free "meet and greet" option.

LOCATION:Held inside the Renton Chamber of Commerce. This is a light and cozy location which will be private. There is plenty of free parking behind the building.
