It's the perfect chance to learn what makes these Washington wines so special. PLUS\, both Jim and Rachel will be working in the shop all day!\n\nOn the Tasting Menu:\n\nFlowerhead Sauvignon Blanc   A bright\, vibrant Sauvignon Blanc bursting with citrus\, tropical fruit\, and refreshing acidity.\n\nFlowerhead Ros    A crisp\, dry ros  with fresh strawberry\, watermelon\, and floral notes that's perfect for warm summer days.\n\nCheval Mort   A Cabernet Franc driven blend drawn from two contrasting expressions of the variety. Aromas of violet and sweet herbs with vibrant loganberry\, cherry\, and wild strawberry layered over notes of tobacco\, wet stone\, and refined tannins that lead to a long\, elegant finish.\n\nCaballo Muerto   A rich blend of Malbec\, Merlot\, and Petit Verdot offering lush blackberry and bramble fruit layered with cedar\, warm spice\, coffee\, and a plush texture that finishes long and vibrant.\n\nDead Horse   Mark Ryan's flagship Bordeaux-style blend\, featuring Cabernet Sauvignon\, Merlot\, Cabernet Franc\, Petit Verdot\, and Malbec.
