To kick off the new year Davin Hope will be our speaker with the topic " How to Achieve Your Goals and Succeed for 2012! When you ask Davin Hope how he got started in sales training and motivational speaking he will laugh and tell you that he was always getting in trouble in school for talking too much. “I decided it was just my teachers giving me inadvertent guidance in what I had my greatest aptitude in.” Davin went on to get his BA degree in Speech Communication from San Diego State in 1987.
After completing his formal education, Davin realized that there was a wholeworld of information relating to success and achievement that is not taught in formal academia. This is where the real journey in personal and professional development began, for him. Books by authors who divulged the secrets of success, or should we say the principals of success; Brian Tracy, Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Dennis Waitley, Zig Ziglar, Dale Carnegie, Norman Vincent Peale, Napoleon Hill, James Allen, Og Mandino and many more.
Davin now knewthat all he had discovered and applied over the first 30 years of his life was the "real deal" and because of his love of communication he now had a burning desire to let others in on the secrets of success. Davin knew that he had something of great value to share with others.

Once Davin felt that he understood the principals he needed to see if they really worked as well as he thought they would but he needed a vehicle. That vehicle was a company where compensation and advancement was solely predicated on results. Davin found that company and within 3 years Davin had advanced to an executive position where he was responsible for training an international sales team of over 20,000.
Davin now knewthat all he had discovered and applied over the first 30 years of his life was the "real deal" and because of his love of communication he now had a burning desire to let others in on the secrets of success. Davin knew that he had something of great value to share with others.
With his first real business success behind him Davin was able to launch a successful career in seminar promotion and motivational speaking. Over the span of 17 years Davin has educated, entertained, and inspired tens of thousands of sales people and business owners across the United States and Canada, whileliving what many would consider a dream life. Davin is able to spend ample time with his young family exploring the beauty and splendor of the world.Today Davin travels all over North America with his family delivering his motivational message while bringing public seminars to people who want to achieve more and live a more fulfilling life.
