Please join fellow Chamber Members at this fun networking breakfast. Our speaker is Lisa Voso, "Lost in Transmission" Today's number-one communication tool is e-mail. Did you know that emails are misinterpreted on average 50% of the time! Participants will learn to overcome the inherent challenges with e-mail -- issues such as unclear subject lines, meandering messages, misinterpretation of tone -- and produce clear, concise, and accurate messages. The participants will also learn about the researched-based “Email Hostility Scale” and will gain valuable techniques in proper e-mail etiquette that will reduce misunderstandings and improve productivity.
