Description
Business leaders are matched with Renton school administrators and teachers, they spend time at each others place of work. Great partnerships between education and business have started through this program.
Teams are encouraged to answer the following questions about their experience.
· What are your most significant observations from your exchange visit?
· What significant observations do you think your partner came away with?
· What successes are evident in my partners business or classroom?
· What challenges does my partner face in business or the classroom?
· What are the major differences or similarities in or workplaces/workdays?
· How can we work together in the future for our kids and our community?
