Academy Schools Partners with Northwest Harvest to Help End Hunger
Tukwila, WA – January 9, 2018
Academy Schools invites you to their 2nd annual Empty Bowl Fundraiser to benefit Northwest Harvest and to help fight hunger in our community.
The event is Tuesday, January 23rd, 2018 and will be at the Northwest Harvest’s Kent Warehouse located at 22220 68th Avenue S, Kent, WA 98032 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
For a $15 donation, each guest chooses a handmade ceramic bowl as a reminder that there are always empty bowls at every meal around the globe. The contribution also pays for a bowl soup from Pike Place Chowder and bread. Last year this Empty Bowl event raised enough money to provide 14,700 meals to our local community! There will also be a raffle of locally donated goods. Please join us on the 23rd!
