Description
Celebrate 18! is a state-wide birthday party for girls born in 2002 and 2003 that have experienced foster care or kinship care. The party starts at 2 p.m. for the girls who will have an opportunity to choose a fashion makeover, select new clothes and interact with employers, schools, and social service organizations offering guidance and information. Foster alum and mentors will be in the room connecting with the girls and sharing their experience.
