Description
Valley Cities Counseling presents a community Lunch & Learn in hopes of raising awareness about living with mental illness and what anyone in the community can do to help someone in crisis. This event will feature local speakers discussing how they have managed their own recovery, as well as a sneak peek of the Mental Health First Aid training we offer at Valley Cities.
