works in Renton from David Bley, Director of the Pacific Northwest Initiative at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
(The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation recently formed a partnership with
the Renton Innovation Zone to build stronger communities around
elementary schools and promote equity in education.)
