Leadership is not about doing everything yourself. It is about multiplying the leadership capacity of the people around you. When leaders understand how influence works, they move from managing tasks to developing people, and that is where real transformation happens.
My hope for this workshop is that you leave with practical tools, a fresh perspective, and the confidence to lead with greater intentionality. Because when leaders grow in influence, teams strengthen, organizations thrive, and communities change.
