Leadership influence is built—or broken—on trust. People may follow a leader for a short time because of position or authority, but they only truly follow leaders they trust. When trust is strong, teams move faster, communication is easier, and people are willing to give their best. When trust is weak, everything becomes harder.
The Law of Solid Ground reminds us that leadership credibility is formed through character and consistency. Leaders build trust when their words and actions align, when they make decisions with integrity, and when people know they can rely on them.
When leaders consistently show integrity and care, they create a solid ground of trust where people feel safe to contribute ideas, take initiative, and collaborate with confidence.
In this session, we will explore how leaders can intentionally build and maintain trust within their teams. We will also discuss how quickly trust can erode when leaders compromise their character—and what it takes to restore it.
