Spend an exciting evening with our talented culinary students as they prepare Caribbean inspired dishes for your dining pleasure. Complementing wines will be selected to accompany each main dish. The much anticipated Silent Auction is another highlight of the evening.
Net proceeds benefit the Renton Technical College's Foundation culinary scholarships and emergency needs fund.
