Empowered Recreation, the new age of health and fitness facility set to open in Renton on Friday, November 26th.
Public invited to grand opening event
Empowered Recreation, a new comprehensive health and fitness center is opening soon in Renton. The public is invited to attend the grand opening event on Black Friday, November 26, 2011 beginning at 5:30 p.m. Empowered Recreation is located at 265 SW 41st St in Renton, in the East Valley Business Park.
Coach Mack has worked at various big box gyms throughout the area and has been in the fitness industry coaching and training for over a decade. He graduated from Minot State University in North Dakota with a BS in Corporate Fitness. He is ACSM certified as personal trainer as well as kettle-bell certified from HKC.
According to Kenneth Mack, owner and fitness coach, the new facility isn’t your typical fitness center, but rather incorporates field day activities, nutrition education, strength training and overall wellness practices that represent a balanced lifestyle. “The concept is to help people of all ages and activity levels learn how to better take care of themselves by eating right, exercising, having fun and enjoying life to the fullest,” he states.
This grand opening event starts with a free 45 minute boot camp at 5:30pm. High quality healthy food and drinks will be offered following the boot camp. Come meet the coaches and hear about the empowering offers that will be available. Guests will also be able to pick up literature on nutrition and health as well as listen to fitness professionals talk about how to achieve a balanced lifestyle.
