This free class is not just for first time homebuyers. Those who attend are eligible for tax credits, down payment assistance, below market interest rates and grants for money for down payment and closing costs. We go over how to get the best credit scores, budgeting and 17 different special loan programs. This event is free, open to the public and there is no selling allowed.
