We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming Homebuyer Education Class, where we’ll be covering Down Payment Assistance resources through the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC). If you're planning to take advantage of any of the down payment assistance programs, this FREE class is mandatory, and the perfect way to get fully prepared for your homeownership journey!

You must attend the full 5 hours to receive certification.
