WA State offers home buyers earning less than $97K over a dozen financial assistance programs, including down payment assistance, tax credits and even Grants for down payment and closing costs! Many people don't realize you can still buy a home for zero down. Coming this week new loan programs with below market interest rates. Also the new Energy Spark Program that gets you a lower interest rate for energy efficient improvements.

This free, five hour class is a required for eligibility.
