We're celebrating National Health Center Week at HealthPoint. "Turning the Vision into Reality" recognizes that for 45 years Community Health Centers have provided affordable, high quality, cost-effective health care to all people. Please join us as we continue towards our goal of "Access for All America" to provide a health care home to 30 million patients by 2015.
