About the Play: The Rise of Helga tells the trials and tribulations of Helga as she recovers from personal tragedy and finds herself dealing with the likes of Odin, Frigg, and other members of the Norse pantheon. While struggling to gain respect, she has to deal with a kidnapping plot, a series of misadventures, and a crowd of immortals who lack common sense.
