Community is a cornerstone of Hyatt Regency Lake Washington’s commitment to care. During these unprecedented times, our goal is to support the culinary and local community as much as possible. Given our abundance of incredible terrace and waterfront space, we are fortunate enough to collaborate with local business to maximize our outdoor capabilities. Therefore, we have teamed up with local pop-up Chef Hyunji Kim to develop Summer Dinner By Nine Tale, a one-of-a-kind, outdoor pop-up experience.
