This three-hour course is designed to show the tools you need to manage activities, projects, or events. This approach can be used across any business using best practice methods that result in planning and managing successful outcomes. The in-person classes are interactive and apply to your business.
 
3/17 - "Plan the Work": This session shows you how to build a plan that will create a roadmap to your goal. Topics include building realistic requirements, scope, and schedule so that you can manage time and costs and deliver the highest quality to your customers.
 
3/24 - "Work the Plan" : This session focuses on how to execute the plan so that you stay on track to your goal. The planning worksheet is used to manage the work to keep you on course. This also shows you ways to motivate your team and sustain the results.
