Rachael Smith-Cohn, MPM, CAE is a nonprofit consultant and contractor who has worked for a variety of nonprofits. Rachael has held operational, executive leadership, and consulting positions in the social service, education, professional association, and environmental sectors. After her tenure as the Director and Vice President of an internationally renowned Scenario Planning organization, Rachael became passionate about sharing her Scenario Planning experiences with nonprofit organizations to help improve the approach to Strategic Planning.
