An evening with Chef Shota Nakajima
If you saw him on the Top Chef Season 18 finale on Bravo you know he puts on a show of artistry and extraordinary talent - not to mention being voted Fan Favorite. Now he plans to cook for you to help raise funds for RTC's culinary students.

Celebrity Chef Dinner & Reception -
Chef Shota has designed a special 4-course meal and reception appetizers prepared specially for you by RTC culinary students. Each course is demonstrated by Chef Shota with wine pairing by Sommelier Bruce Sturgeon for 48 guests. You’ll have an opportunity to meet Chef Shota and take home his exclusive menu recipes that are not currently published!
Virtual Cook-In with Chef Shota -
Chef Shota provides the recipes, ingredients, and inspiration, and you do the cooking. Includes main entrée ingredients with recipe booklet, wine, and swag bag. Access to Livestream of dinner demonstration and kitchen preparation with students. Guest pickup on campus required.
Livestream Only with Chef Shota -
You can cook along and watch with an advanced, digital version of Chef Shota’s menu recipes. These recipes have never been published! Access to Livestream of dinner demonstration, Sommelier and kitchen preparation with students.
Health protocol requirements: Face coverings are required to attend an in-person campus event. Dinner guests and volunteers must fill out a brief, campus access form on the day of the Celebrity Chef event. You can access the form here: Campus Access Form.
