Please join the RTC Foundation Board and guests at our Third Annual Scholarship Breakfast. The theme this year is 'When you Wish Upon a Star...Dreams Come True' and dreams are what our guests can make possible. Master of Ceremony, Angela Russell will kick off the morning with stories from Alumni and Scholars, as well as a keynote delivered by Marcie Maxwell, Senior Policy Advisor on Education to the Washington State Governor's Office. The event is complimentary and a minimum donation of $75 is suggested.
