Created for both dedicated wine enthusiasts as well as the wine curious, Demystifying Riesling provides an introduction to the noble wine grape riesling along with the wine producing regions best known for growing the grape. If you think you don't like riesling because it's all super sweet, PLEASE consider this class (and come with an open mind). 

A guided tasting of 3 wines is included. Limited to 10 participants.

Matt Frazier is the proprietor of Drum Roll Wine, a graduate of the Northwest Wine Academy, a French Wine Scholar with highest honors, and he holds an Advanced certification from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust. Matt’s passionate about making wine more accessible and easier to enjoy for all.
