Description
Join Valley Cities Behavioral Health Care for a FREE event, Veterans Helping Veterans: A Community Conversation About Mental Health. This panel discussion and Q&A will focus on the unique mental health challenges and strengths within the veteran community.
Connect with local veterans, community leaders, advocates, and behavioral health professionals as we discuss the importance of connection, peer support, recovery, and the resources available to veterans and their families. Together, we'll explore how communities can support those who have served, reduce stigma surrounding mental health, and build stronger pathways to care.
Our goal is to bring together veterans, mental health professionals, and community members for an open and meaningful conversation about mental health, the value of shared experiences, and the power of veterans supporting veterans.
