Women's Self-Defense Seminar
Description
In this hands on seminar, you will learn basic strategies on how to avoid dangerous situations and basic self-defense techniques that anyone can perform. This class is taught by a certified Black Belt woman instructor, and is designed for women with little or NO self-defense or martial arts experience.
