Hello, my name is Rosa and I'm the King County Outreach Manager for Puget Sound Energy. Customer Outreach Managers are customer advocates that use local expertise and relationships to help neighborhoods reduce their carbon footprints and meet energy related goals. We serve PSE through direct engagement and partnerships in each of our unique communities. The team also looks to find partnerships in the communities they serve to share program collateral, teach workshops and connect customers directly to programs at PSE.

At little bit about myself. I'm a Washingtonian native from Eastern WA who moved to the PNW. I'm a fun-loving, energetic, and adventurous individual with a zest for life. I have many favorite hobbies, one being a self-proclaimed gym rat. I also have a passion for Latin dancing, exploring new cultures, trying different foods and traveling. Stennis Aircraft Carrier from 2004-2008, performing 24 hour emergency electrical services, lighting repair and installation, luxury repairs, kitchen appliance repairs, and electrical grounding repair.

I've served as Vice-Chair of both the King County Board of Health and the WA State Board of Nursing, influencing policy to strengthen public health and nursing practice. Recognized as a PSBJ 40 Under 40 awardee and Healthcare Leader Up and Comer, I also speak internationally & author works on healthcare excellence.

Bria represents Trillium Employment Services, a Washington-based organization that connects individuals with disabilities to meaningful employment while helping local businesses build inclusive workplaces. Raised on Vashon Island, she brings a strong connection to the region and a lifelong commitment to community inclusion, inspired by her parents’ work in developmental disabilities.

Before joining Trillium, Bria spent six years teaching English internationally across Latin America, North Africa, and Asia, developing strong cross-cultural communication skills. She is passionate about building relationships that strengthen local businesses and communities.
