College Admissions Intensive for Rising Seniors

BrightSpot Labs’ College Admissions Intensive is a structured summer coaching program for rising seniors and their families. This limited 1:1 program is designed for students who want to use the summer well by building a thoughtful college list, clarifying their goals, preparing essay ideas, and understanding how to present themselves authentically in the admissions process.

Students work directly with an experienced education leader with 25+ years in K-12 education and several years focused on college admissions strategy. Each session is personalized around the student’s needs, interests, academic profile, and post-secondary goals.

This summer intensive includes 11 virtual 1-hour sessions, college search strategy, resume and essay review, essay brainstorming, access to a college research platform, and email support between meetings for quick questions.

By August, students are prepared to begin senior year with a clearer college list, stronger essay direction, and a better understanding of fit, cost, and admissions expectations.

This program is best for families who value thoughtful planning, student reflection, and expert guidance. It is not for families seeking guaranteed admissions results or someone to write essays for the student.
