1- You fill out a Will Questionnaire or use past copies of your Will, make you revisions and updates,
2- then send them in for review by the law firm,
3- and then they write it up in legalese, send you back the drafts via email for your reviews, they revise one more time and send you the final document(s) for your signature.
They do follow-up with personal phone calls to extend you the chance to talk to someone direct. Or you can call when you have questions. Unlimited calls. My Will was done in exactly three weeks. Also, when we want to update or refresh every 1 or 2 years, there is no charge for that, too.
Just let me know. Below is a link to a quick video explaining the quick and easy process. Hope it helps.

Estate Planning

Estate Planning is one of the most important actions you can take to protect your family. Taking the appropriate steps to plan ahead for an uncertain future can make all the difference in the world to your loved ones. It is important that your wishes are made clear through an estate plan so that, in the event tragedy strikes, they will be cared for and your legacy secured. Some critical issues that must be considered and addressed in your estate plan are: to whom you wish your assets to be distributed upon your passing; how you wish those assets to be distributed; how such a distribution would affect your beneficiaries; and who would care for your children in the event of your untimely passing. In addition, your Estate Planning can include who would pay your bills and make decisions regarding your personal care in the event you were no longer capable of making these decisions for yourself.
