  About the Role:  

We are a high-performing, client-first real estate team looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to help keep everything running smoothly while also supporting behind-the-scenes video content creation.  

Your days will be a mix of:  

• Meeting with vendors and contractors to help get homes ready for sale  

• Managing local real estate tasks like posting lockboxes, coordinating sign placements, and ensuring homes look their best  

• Assisting with client events, open houses, and networking functions  

• Capturing behind-the-scenes (BTS) video content for social media, American Dream TV segments, and team branding  

• Filming and assisting with real estate marketing, behind-the-scenes home tours, and live event coverage (behind the camera)  

• Supporting the team by keeping schedules, appointments, and logistics in order  

• Occasionally helping with buyer showings (if licensed) until we bring on a full-time buyer’s agent  

• Being a reliable, go-to team member who gets things done!  

This position is starting as part-time (20-25 hours/week), with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

Qualifications & Skills:  

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable  

• Strong people skills – friendly, approachable, and professional  

• Comfortable with Google Suite, CRMs, and scheduling tools (or willing to learn!)  

• Basic knowledge of filming, smartphone video recording, and social media content creation (or eager to learn!)  

• Ability to work independently and remotely, but also collaborate in person  

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (you’ll be on the move locally!)  

• Real estate license (preferred, but not required)  

Compensation & Perks:  

• Salary range: $23,500 - $32,500 (open to negotiation based on experience)
