Job Description
Location: Woodinville
Description: Support the CEO by providing executive assistant duties, coordinate sales activities and products for specified house accounts, manage mail list on a weekly basis, develop a working relationship with customers and expedite their issues appropriately to the right internal department, develop relationship with customers to maximize sales opportunities, respond to customer inquiries, process customer purchase orders and returns and credits, process customer’s daily orders and assist with additional/alternative products, and research market trends.
Requirements:
·         Two to five years of experience or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
·         Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
·         Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
·         Ability to multi-task
·         Adobe Acrobat
·         FileMaker PRO experience highly desirable.
Pay Range: $40,000 annually. Direct hire with full benefits.
