**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated BBQ Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of barbecue preparation, with a focus on smoking meats to perfection. From trimming brisket to seasoning ribs, your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our customers keep coming back for more.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prep meats for smoking, ensuring they are properly seasoned and trimmed.

- Communicate any upcoming orders that will need to be filled, ensuring smooth operations.

- Restock line and condiments as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.

- Tidy up work area as needed, including sweeping and completing any outstanding dishes.

- Unload smoker as necessary, handling smoked meats with care to preserve their quality.

- Clean out smoker after each load removal, scraping racks, changing pellets, and disposing of grease to uphold sanitation standards.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience working in a barbecue restaurant or similar culinary environment preferred.

- Knowledge of smoking techniques and barbecue preparation methods is a plus but not required.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality dishes.

- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with other team members and customers effectively.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs without assistance
