About Us

Burnett Linear Park is a unique 1.21 acre park that runs between the divided lanes of Burnett Avenue South. A 10-foot wide promenade sidewalk, completed in 2007, connects the south half with the north half of the park.

Large London plane trees provide shade for the playground, six picnic tables, and a plaza. The southern plaza showcases the Equii iron horse sculpture of welded steel rods that was created by a humanities class at Renton Technical College.
