About Us

At Cupoverflow the focus is Massage Cupping and Manual Lymphatic Treatment, which is not widely offered. Many people need to learn about these therapies and how they can improve their health. Clients are bombarded with misinformation on social media and in patient support groups. What they need are trained, certified professionals assisting with their aftercare.

Why come to my office for Cupping? I care about the results.I want my clients to leave feeling I've done work to help facilitate better function in their bodies. My clients have found more success when I use mixed modalities. Cupping methods can result in improved tissue flexibility, increased blood flow, and range of motion. Additionally, Cupping lifts the tissue up away from the body, allowing the release of tension and the increase of blood flow. Plus, it temporarily creates the reverse of gravity, which pushes down on us. Light bruising is incidental but not the goal; I aim to bring lasting relief to each client.

What is Lymphatic Drainage? It's a decongestive therapy.
Becoming a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (CMLDT) allows me to provide MLD therapy on healthy clients who want an immunity boost, are dieting or detoxing, or have post-surgical edema, as well as clients who have lymphedema, lipedema, or cancer.
MLD therapists can work with post-cosmetic surgery clients. MLD treatment speeds up recovery time and reduces pain, swelling, bruising, and the chance of scarring or fibrotic tissue forming.
