A blend of old and new, local and international. Our pizza is made in the traditional, hand tossed method, in our brick oven. We strive to follow tradition, but not to be bound by it. Our menu includes traditional Italian recipes, and our own Favorites.

We use local ingredients wherever possible, and the best imports when local products are not available. We make our own mozzarella and ricotta. Our vegetables are grown by Whistling Train Farm in Kent. Our flour is milled by Shepherd's Grain in Eastern Washington.
