Valley Medical Center - Fitness Center

We are a hospital-based fitness center, open to all members of the public, 18 years of age and older. Staffed by medical and exercise professionals the Fitness Center develops programs geared not only toward general fitness, but toward health and wellness, adult fitness, aerobics, cardiac rehabilitation, special populations, and post-rehabilitation.
