C. Davis Texas BBQ is Washington’s favorite BBQ! Proudly, Seattle Seahawks exclusive BBQ vendor! They have perfected the art of smoking real authentic BBQ, by way of Texas. All wood and rubs are shipped up from Texas. Some grass feed meats are smoked up to 22 hours and they handmake their sausage and hot links.

Menu items are varied from event to event and can include: 22 hour smoked brisket, 12 hour smoked beef ribs, 5 hour smoked tri tip, 12 hour smoked pulled pork, 10 hour smoked spareribs, 6 hour smoked jerk chicken, handmade sausages, hot dogs, corn dogs, fried catfish, fried pork chops, and smoked or grilled salmon. 

Plus all of your favorite sides: loaded baked beans, smoked mac &cheese, waffle fries, mashed potatoes, vegetables, corn on the cob, coleslaw and many more!

Food will be for sale from 11a - 3p
