Join us for an exciting and dynamic networking opportunity at Orangetheory Fitness Renton, where business owners, employees, and local Chamber of Commerce members can connect, collaborate, and get active! This event is designed to foster meaningful connections while showcasing the amazing fitness offerings available at our studio. Whether you’re looking to grow your network, learn about our fitness programs, or simply experience a fun workout, this event is for you.

Agenda:
30-Minute Meet & Greet
Kick off the event by mingling with fellow Chamber members in a relaxed, friendly environment. During this time, you’ll have the opportunity to network with other local business owners, share ideas, and build relationships within the Renton community. Refreshments will be available to keep you energized while you chat and connect.

30-Minute Free Workout
After the meet and greet, get your heart pumping with a 30-minute free Orangetheory Fitness workout. This workout is optional, but highly encouraged! Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting your journey, this session will showcase our unique, heart-rate-based training system that combines cardio, strength, and endurance for a full-body workout. Our certified coaches will guide you through the session, ensuring that everyone can participate at their own pace.

What is the Orangetheory Fitness Workout?
Orangetheory Fitness is a one-of-a-kind group fitness experience that uses heart-rate-based interval training to help you reach your fitness goals. Our workouts blend cardiovascular exercise and strength training to deliver a full-body workout that burns calories and builds muscle.

The workout is broken into three key zones:

  • Green Zone (Endurance): Moderate intensity for building aerobic capacity.
  • Orange Zone (Anaerobic): High-intensity efforts that push your limits and accelerate fat loss.
  • Red Zone (Maximum Effort): Short bursts of maximal effort for peak performance.
Participants wear heart-rate monitors during the workout to track their intensity, ensuring that they’re working at the optimal level for their personal fitness goals. It’s designed to push you, but we make sure it’s accessible to all fitness levels, with modifications available for different abilities. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, you’ll leave feeling accomplished!
