Mental Health First Aid is a 1-day training covered by the King County behavioral health MIDD tax and currently offered at no cost to those living or working in King County. After completing the class, participants will receive a certification good for 3 years, similar to a CPR certification, and a comprehensive list of King County resources and hotlines.
